Customer can register his/her complaint within 15 days of purchase along with original invoice.

1- All items except garments/stitched are exchangeable within 15 days of purchase
2- No exchange without original invoice.
3- All items once purchased are non-refundable
4- items purchase during sale/discount are not exchangeable
5- Stitched articles can only be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase.
6-Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. In case of return, the customer has to ship it to our warehouse along with a reason of return form shared by Customer Care Department over email.
7- Local replacement charges will be applicable if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered.
